Biography
Dutch violinist Sannah de Haas (2001) started playing the violin at the age of 7, taught by Barbara Kurmann and Thijs Kramer. She graduated from the Bachelor’s programme in Classical Violin at the Conservatory of Music Tilburg in 2025, where she studied with Chris Duindam.
Sannah has been concertmaster of the orchestra of Conservatory Tilburg, Symfonisch Collectief Breda and the Rotterdam Youth Symphony Orchestra. She has also played in JeugdOrkest Nederland and Brabant Chamber Orchestra for many years. Next to this, she is establishing herself as a violinist in chamber music settings and in theatre productions.
She has played concerts in among others the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam, De Doelen Rotterdam, Rudolfinum Prague, Concert hall Izmir, and Ahoy Rotterdam.
